Women in Marketing (WiM) is a global platform founded in the UK, dedicated to educating, inspiring, connecting, and recognizing women across the marketing and communications industry. Built on values of empowerment, inclusiveness, and soft power, WiM brings together professionals from corporations, agencies, academia, and entrepreneurship, creating space for dialogue, visibility, and long-term impact.
In September 2026, Bucharest became WiM’s regional hub, WiM Central & Eastern Europe. The launch included WiM CEE Talks and the first WiM CEE Awards, designed to spotlight outstanding women, emerging talent, and changemakers shaping the future of marketing in the region. WiM CEE aims to act as a catalyst for growth, linking the CEE market to a powerful global network while strengthening representation and collaboration across industries.
